Add controlled failure injection and repeatable scenarios for validating invariants and recovery behavior.

Document observed guarantees and limitations, publish the initial TypeScript packages, and collect early feedback.
Language-independent conformance
Evolve shared behavioral expectations and explore additional language implementations when the initial design is established.
